Mr. S Ramesh is the Chief Operating Officer and a board member of Kotak Investment Banking

Ramesh joined the Kotak Mahindra Group in 1995 and currently heads the financing business at the investment bank. Ramesh has extensive experience in handling capital market transactions and has been closely involved in a number of landmark initiatives in the capital markets business. He has an in-depth understanding of the regulatory framework for capital markets designed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the stock exchanges.

Ramesh is a chartered accountant (ACA, ACS, Grad CWA).
